I am building three 4pi and eight 1pi speakers. Does anyone see any issues with the use of this terminal connector instead of using binding posts?

I've used those kind before and they're OK but kind of cheesy. The spring and plastic activator pop out pretty easily.

I've posted before that you can't do better than the Pomona Tellurium Copper binding posts, especially now that the Edison-Price are no more.

You want the Model 3770s at Allied. No nickel, no brass, and it's audible to me as I've A/B'd with the gold Daytons. I buy the $4 round plastic cup terminals from PE, remove the terminals and replace them with the Pomomnas, an exact fit.

I ended up purchasing the Neutrik NL2MP Speakon 2 Pole Panel Mount. Thoughts?

I love speakons! I plan on using them on my 4 Pi build.

I like the pure copper ones, as well, with no plating. I still have an extra set from Percy that I haven't used yet... Copper sounds the best, to me. I also take the stock ones out of the PE cup and "reinstall" the good copper ones. Sometimes takes a little hammering, but then they're in to stay. I use twisted OFC magnet wire inside, all connections soldered.

Copper Speakons? I didn't know they exist. Do you have a link? Maybe I'll have to upgrade all of my current ones
