Hi
I finally have time for the 3pi speakers. I have 2 questions. Which horn model is required for the 3pi? Is the woofer rear mount or front or flush mounted?

regards

The horn is the Eminence H290. Woofer and horn can be routed flush or (front) surface mounted. Just do them both the same way - If one is routed flush, both should be routed flush.

It's the same, as long as both are routed flush or both are surface mounted. No measureable difference.
