This year tornadoes have been a dime a dozen. My family want to go to Miami for Summer vacation, however, I am a little worry about the hurricane season that is about to start. It is difficult to plan in advance when you don't know when the storm is coming.

Hi, I used to go to the outer banks of NC (before it became totally touristy). One weekend while leaving I looked in the rear view mirror and saw a water spout following us along the beach Shocked . We sped up and avoided the disaster. BTW water spouts do go on to the land. Just ask all the folks who had the property ripped up by that one. Back to Florida, I agree it doesn't seem a great idea. If I owned any property there I would sell. Why not visit the other coast? Lots of good places up north of San Francisco Razz .
