Do they still make portable radios, like mp3 players but with a radio receiver? Sometimes I'd like to listen to the radio when out walking but don't want anything big and clunky.

Well, sure. You can even get them with shortwave tuners, as well as the standard AM/FM bands.

Thanks for the lead! I went to the site and found a Sony SRF-M37W Walkman that I think will work for me. Smile I didn't even know they still made Walkmans.
