No; his name is Aaron; which would be Erin in Gaellic I think. Don't ask me how he ended up with a Jewish name, I just liked it and my wife also; and funny but it fits him. He's the only Aaron in the whole Catholic High School.
How's your son doing? Does he go out for St. Paddy's Day? A little corned beef and cabbage with the Guiness? Actually he would not be old enough to drink; am I right? 19?

In Russia Aaron would be called Eric but this is not a typical Russian name either.

You are right. Michael is 19, not old enough to drink but just right to date. He is doing fine. Thanks for asking.

Is it in New York? St Paddy's Day Parade, of course it's in New York; right down Fifth Avenue for only about 254yrs now. First parade occured in 1762. Largest Parade for St. Paddy's day in the whole wide world. This year they have over 250,000 marchers and usually about a million watchers depending on the weather.
When we were younger we used to go but it got to where there were so many drunks that it was a zoo in there. Now they control the alchohol so it is more of a family thing. The real action is in the bars along Second Avenue; lot of Irish pubs that way.
He passed at 12:48 EST.

Thank you. It was very interesting to read. It reminds me of parades in my hometown Odessa, Ukraine on April 1. The local authorities try to control drunks too but they often fail because cops are drunker than the rest of the crowd.

There is an area of Brooklyn South down by the water over by Coney Island they call,"Little Odessa" here. There are so many people of Russian descent that that is the only language you hear. And all the signs are in Cyrillic? And great pastries there BTW. Very nice visiting with you.
