Hi Guys,

Pretty soon those of us who ride will be up & out there again. Just for the hell of it, I started looking for songs about riding. So far, I have only found a couple that mention riding. So what are your choices for biker music? I found out that "Born to be Wild" really isn't about motorcycles. So far there are Arlo Guthrie "Motorcycle Song" and Creedence Clearwater Revival "Sweet Hitchhiker".

Take care,

Steve

Neil Young; Such A woman.

"Somewhere on a desert highway,
She rides a Harley Davidson;
Her long blond hair flyin in the wind,
She's been runnin half her life,
The chrome and steel she rides;
Collidin with the very air she breathes."

Beach Boys, "Little Honda"

It's not a big motorcycle just a groovy little motorbike,
It's more fun than a barrell of monkees;
That two-wheel bike,
Well ride on out of town; to any place I know you'll like.

First Gear,
It's all right
Second gear, I lean right
Third gear, outasight,
Faster faster."

Those are the only two I know except ;"He's a Rebel" but that is not strictly a motorcycle song.

You'll be jealous - Here in Tulsa, we've had several days in the 70's already, some in the 80's and even one in the 90's. I've ridden 20 or 30 days already this year.

You bet I'm jealous. Here in the Chicago area, we are waiting for the spring rains to wash away the road salt. I know the good weather will be arriving soon, but I have only been out for a couple of very short rides. Sigh.
