The similar story - beginning of the XV century, (local nobility), Turks used it from 1544-1691. Even 1702., the castle is mentioned like partly destroyed.
Just a half an hour of walk, but very uphill...nice winter day.

Damir; boy you get a real sense of antiquity through these photo's. You ought to make a calander of each one for each month and markett it.
This one is particullarly fine and striking.
