The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy will be in theaters April 29th. For all of us that have been waiting for the Vogon Contructor Fleet to arrive for the last 25 years, the electronic thumb is finally blinking!!!

Yeah, The Hitchhiker's Guide must have been very difficult to put to film. But I'm anxious to see it!

Did you ever see the BBC's adaptation of it? I caught a couple of episodes a long time ago. It was pretty funny. I just wish Douglas Adams were around to give a helping hand. Is this going to be a movie series, with each based on the books?.....Colin

Yep, I have tapes of the television series. Kinda reminded me of the Dr. Who series.

The tv version was preceded by a version for radio. I have always
been a big fan of radio epecially in it's dramatic form. So many
things lost to history.

I have every one of the books on CD. I really love to listen to them every so often on long drives.
