Somebody better tell the Iraqi's before they fight and die for our system of Govt.; that they may lose their homes to promote some wealthy developers profit plans.

I was more than a little stunned myself - more so that it made me feel like Limbaugh in my reaction to the "liberals" of the court deciding that "father knows best".

Kind of makes my head spin when I'm on the same side as Scalia, but I have absolutely no idea how they can justify a decision to put one private interest ahead of another.

I agree. It's dangerous ground.

Kinda baffled by this one myself. Seems to be one of the FEW issues both the Republican and Democratic Parties are united against.....Colin

That's an awesome link, Colin, thanks! I found a link to Capitalism.org there, and that's a great site too.

Here's a link to the post on a message board I frequently read (freerepublic.com). I don't always agree with the politics, very conservative, but the news breaks faster here than Drudge. Also, the comments are pretty funny and very insightful.......Colin

Master
that I find myself in agreement with the hated anti-personal-liberty conservatives in the minority on this position.

Makes me want to take a shower and scrub hard!

Yecch!
