Hello Wayne

I am having a party with young ones present, and want to put some covers on my 2 Pi Towers drivers.

I need something to cover the 10" Eminence drivers, what do you recommend ?

I'd probably have an open cell foam grille made. You can attach it with velcro. You could cover the whole speaker with the grille or just cover the drivers, leaving the bottom half of the cabinet exposed. Be sure to have a section of the back of the grille removed so the soft dome doesn't contact it.
