Wayne or others,

I've updated the crossover and love the sound. Now I've purchased a pair of B&C DE250 drivers to go in. Am I right to assume that I hook them up as in the crossover schematic, with the black post to wire 1+ and the red to 1- and the woofer red to 2+ and black to 2-? Are the two drivers out of phase?

Just want to make sure I hook em up right the first time!

B&C's are like many JBL's- the black is forward motion with pos. signal, opposite of most other speakers. I put a B&C in one side of mine to a/b them, and the result clear to all who listened.

Connect the drivers as shown in the schematic. Also, be sure to change R1 and R2, because voltage sensitivity of the DE250 is a little higher than the PSD2002.

Hi Wayne,

I may be confused but note 6 in the crossover schematic calls for R1a, b, c and d to be changed but does not mention the R2 chain being changed. Is there an error?

You're not confused, you're right. I tend to think of R1/R2 as a pair but in this case, the value of R2 remains the same. Here's a chart of R1/R2 values at various padding levels:
