Wayne,
For active crossovers and EQ, does it make sense to set the graphic EQ such that there is 6dB boost at 20KHz relative to 10KHz?
That would at least match the slope of your passive crossover component. I'll have to check that against what I have set up already.
Is 10KHz where the bypass cap kicks in?

The response graph you want for the tweeter circuit looks like the chart shown below. It is the conjugate of the HF driver's power response.

So I got the slope right, but starting point off an octave. So, that's 12dB of delta. Seems like a lot, but it does seem to
sound right. The end goal is to get a flat measured acoustic response, right?

Yes siree, the goal is flat acoustic response, on-axis and off-axis within the coverage pattern.
