Wayne,
What exactly comes with the flat pack mid horn kit? At least the
flares, but how about the pieces around the driver and what not?

You get the four flare pieces and the throat piece. All are precisely cut on a CNC machine and drilled for Miller dowels, which are included with the kit. The precision makes assembly much easier, and the Miller dowels make it unneccesary to have an assembly jig or braces. Just glue it together.
