Hy. Wayne .I ask for your opinion about this system . Im planning to make a system with a bass bin horn loaded from BFM design running with the round corners to work up to 500 hz then come your mid-horn designg and atop a tweeter makeup of various piezo elements all running without a croossover only acoustic croosovers .thanks for your attention

I would prefer a seven π cornerhorn. The crossover is designed to make summing perfect at each crossover point. You're not going to have that with the system you've described and so for that reason and others, performance will not be nearly as good.
