We had a conversation on the phone the other day, and you told me about the Lab 12 in a ported inclosure. I didn't note the sizes you rattled off, and now I can't remember for sure what you said. Also, how much power will I need (plate amps,SET, push pull?)? Would stereo pairs be to much for my basement living room(850 sq. ft.)? Will it be tight well controlled bass? Do you sell these and if so, how much are they?

The LAB12 works well in cabinets from 2.0ft3 to 6.0ft3 tuned to 22Hz. The subwoofer you and I discussed on the phone is a three π sub, which has a LAB12 driver in 3.5ft3 tuned to 22Hz. It's small and inexpensive enough that you can build a pair and place them within a few feet of the mains, keeping them within 1/4λ at the crossover point. A kit is $150.00, and it contains a LAB12 woofer, connector panel and plans.
