Thanks Wayne,

I was reading through some of the posts and noted where you wrote that the 8TT was not as good as the corner horns but more of a mini VOTT.
In what respect are the 8TT not as good as the corner horns or maybe I should ask what are the differences between them besides the loading of the bass driver?

Thanks

Andrew

π cornerhorns use more expensive woofers than the Alpha 10 in the eight π. I really like the sound of that little Alpha 10, the bass is full and the overall sound quality is good. But it can't compare to something like a 2226, which is a flux stabilized low-distortion high-output woofer. I'm also working on Magnum versions, which also offer the low-distortion benefits of a shorting ring at lower cost.
