My 45 amp drives the 1812's loud at 12:00 on the volume control.

The 50 watt 1610 amp left Saturday, 8 o'clock was loud.

A 160 Watt SS amp arrived today.

"Gentlemen, start your engines."

Oops: 50 watt volume should read 10o'clock.

Fired up the big amp tonight, got readings of 96dB on my Centech analog meter at 1 meter with the volume at 10 o'clock on the opening of "Money For Nothing. The amp has meters and they were barely above 1/4.

This is fun, but maybe not for the neighbors.

But even at 10 o'clock the top of the chassis isn't even warm, just slightly above room temp.
Can the Almarro do that? Huh, can it?

I've found my summer amp.
