Just wondering if Pi will be represented at Son & Image in Montreal this April? Didn't see the Pi name on the list.

Forgive me, but I'm not familiar with this event. What sort of thing is it?

It's an audio show up here, north of the border, and I think it's the largest one that we have. I've been looking forward to this for a while as it's my only chance to attend a show like this without having to fly or drive for an insane amount of time.

FYI, the site for the show is www.hifiexpo.com

You're welcome to come and listen to my Pi speakers if you wish - We are only 1.5 hours apart. I believe there is a Pi speaker owner in Gatineau as well. Hell maybe we should have an Eastern Canada Pi Speaker gathering.

regards
Craig.

Have you hooked 'em up yet?

Looks like Ron is curious too.

I think you may have told me, but I've forgotten. What amp and source are you using with these?

Thanks for the offer Craig. With everything I've heard about the larger Pi's, esp. the Pro's, I'm very interested in getting a listen. However, I'm in Toronto, not Montreal.

I haven't hooked them up yet. I will finish the second one tonight then have my friend over tomorrow to move them into my basement theatre. They will be driven by a Lexicon DC-1 pre/processor and Classe DR-9 amp. The centre will be driven by my Classe CAV-75 in bridged mono mode ( 6 channel amp used as 3 channel for centre and rear surrounds).

craig.

Thanks George. You made the same offer to me when I picked up my Azur CD player from you last weekend. I will definately take you up on the offer.
