The Lone Star Bottleheads will meet at my house in Houston from 11:00 am until about 5:00 pm on Saturday, January 20th. We will audition the usual plethora of our members' and guests' favorite components and speakers including the new ART arrays and Wardsweb's rebuild of his Bottlehead Foreplay preamp. Newbies are especially welcome at our meetings. See our web page below for directions.

Very cool! Two meets in Houston in January!

I've been extremely busy in Chicago, barely time to lift my head up. So I'm jealous. Please keep us posted.

Yes. it's the Audio Mirror amp on a Custom Isolation Products acrylic amp stand. Tate Blanchard, who lives in Houston and is a fellow member of the Houston Audio Society, makes them along with equipment racks, etc. The blue LED's even have a variable voltage transformer so you can dim them for nighttime listening. They make a great night light.

Don't run in panic when you see the prices. The actual prices are about half the msrp indicated on his web page. Linda calls this stuff "audio bling".
