I read the PSD:3003 is being discontinued. If this is true, do you plan on incorperating some other compression horn driver with an 18 inch woofer for pro audio? May I have the plans for the stage 4 pi 18?

It already has been. Eminence has no more PSD3003-8's in stock, and does not intent to manufacture any more. I have some in stock and I also have replacement diaphragms.

Yes. Eminence is working on a replacement and I intend to carry it. You can also use the JBL 2446 compression driver.
