Wife got major operation last Friday, cut her from here to yonder, checked all organs, removed ovary and a mass from her liver.....biopsy returned today, mass is not cancer, life can go on. We just have to have her tested periodically. Long recovery, though; big, painful surgery............
Where should I shop online for a Sony SACD?

Great news for you and her! I know that surgery can take some time to recover. Do her right and she won't forget it.

Wow. That's certainly no fun, but the biopsy news is great!

How you organize a show while this is going on is beyond me. My hat's off to you, Mike.

Keep your ears and your mind open.

Mike,
That is great news! Godspeed on the recovery. By the way, love the debate with Mike Bates on the other forum, I am glad to be going to the "not for profit charity audio show" as Mr Bates relents to, jealousy will get him nowhere! Stay in touch dude!

Wonderful news, but mixed with a tough recovery. I lost my Dad to cancer this past fall so I know how good that news is. Hang in there, Y'all.

May God bless,
Thomas

Hi Mike,
As one who has someone close suffering from a cancer, I understand what you and your family are going through. May God grant a complete recovery.
Take care,
Steve

You still have some difficult months ahead but how much easier it will be with this news.
It's cliche'd, but.....
"Shall I compare you to a summers day?
Thou art more lovely and more temperate.
Rough winds do shake the darling buds of
May,
And summer's lease hath all too short a
date:
Sometime too hot the eye of heaven shines,
And often is his gold complexion dimm'd;
And every fair from fair some time declines,
By chance, or nature's changing course,
untrimm'd;
But thy eternal summer shall not fade
Nor lose possession of that fair thou ow'st;
Nor shall Death brag thou wand'rest in his
shade,
When in eternal lines to time thou grow'st.
So long as men can breathe or eyes can
see,
So long lives this, and this gives life to
thee. "

Words of optimism from the Bard.
