I am thinking of building the 4pi pro using all JBL with the 2226 motor.
Are the resistor values for the compensation network for a 4pi pro
that uses 2226H the same as those for the 4pi pro with Eminence option?

Yes. The Eminence PSD2002 and JBL 2426 can be swapped with no other changes necessary.
