Wayne,

I am contemplating building 2 sets of 2Pi Towers. I would be using the 2 pair in a David Hafler "Dynaquad" arrangement (rear ambience extraction). This would be of benefit to my Decware Zen amp, because the impedance load drops to 4 ohms.

As an alternative, I am wondering if placing an additional set of drivers on the rear of the Towers would be a viable alternative ( or possibly a 2nd Alpha 10 on the front baffle, and the 2nd tweeter on the rear baffle). The box volume is roughly double that of the regular 2Pi's.

Wayne, what is your opinion regarding either option?

Many thanks,
BobCat

Sorry, but I have no experience with that configuration, so no opinion to offer.

If you choose to do it, let us know how it works out!
