after reading this:

http://www.audioasylum.com/forums/bottlehead/messages/50170.html

But I gotta say the Theater 4s did kick some major butt. Garland's Studio 2s sounded great too, they've almost got that single-driver thing going. All guided by about a ton of very fancy iron.

Wayne strikes another blow at the wussy-speaker market!

I'll order a pair of those 2s this morning, Wayne, black decals, please. And many thanks for your help and advice getting the (quasi-)Theater 4s up and running.

John

I enjoyed them so much that I bought them on the spot!
Can't wait to get them home to see what they can do....

Wayne, I will be in touch shortly to obtain the
Theater 4 documentation.

Mike

PS: John, I forgot to ask what kind of bike you ride?

Daily driver, I commute about an hour each way on it. Those plug plates I forgot yesterday are in the saddlebags right now, and I'll probably see you today if I can get away, tomorrow if I can't.
You know, there were still beers in the cooler, I think because I didn't bring any Bjork or the Crown amp. With only 3 watts I don't think we disrupted any traffic or even pissed off the neighbors much.

It's nice to have that kind of response. Do you or any of the other participants have some more photos? I'd love to see more pics of your speakers, and of the others at the meeting as well!

Hi Wayne,
Next meet I will bring a notebook and take better pictures. Here are a couple shots of the 4s and one from the meet:
