Hi, Replay:

According to the spec sheet, response falls off at 100Hz on the low end and 10kHz on top.

Regards,

Michael

not a very impressive response chart, no top, no bottom and a big dip at crossover. should i modify these, part them out or ebay them?

cheers,

george

You can EQ the top end to get a bit more extension, but not much. On the bottom end, I think you'll need a sub. Speakers like these are designed to be used with a sub, so they don't use alignments that offer deep bass extension. As for the dip at 1.5kHz, looks like a crossover problem to me. I'd say they would benefit from a little work there.

hi wayne, i'm leaning towards selling them at this point. on the underside the quality words "made in mexico" are printed.

cheers,

george

I plan to swap my 2205a for the 2032h since the 4655's are approx 2.5 cubic foot enclosures and would be close to the 2.1 cubic foot that pi align calls for on the 2205a. just my 2 cents.
