It looks as though the Eminence Delta 15's would sit almost exactly 3/4" proud of the baffle. So I'm thinking of doubling the front baffle with the inner piece hole cutout at 13 7/8 and the outer the full 15". Attach the rims to the inner. That would have the delta's fronts flush or even 1/8 recessed with the outer piece. Any sonic considerations? Should I round-over the edges of the hole? I haven't seen the CH-3's yet but assume I can do the same or just rabbet the outer piece. whaddyathink?
