What's the deal with these amps? Who uses them and what with?
It's neat that a biker chick is involved but are they any good?

It's good gear, but you're right that their 'biker chick' retro image is their main attraction. When has marketing ever been about substance? You wouldn't buy a Harley on performance either, and Manley has cleverly tied themselves to the same sort of image.

I have a pair and use them with other amps in a multi amp setup. Nice sounding amps. A little heavy to move around :)

That's cool, sort what I was thinking. Seems like most reviews
come from the same few places, so it is hard to know, you know?
Do you think Manley gear is worth the money, or would I be
better off with gear from the established names?

What all are you using in your rig? What Manley amp do you have?
Have you ever listened to the Manley amp by itself with a good
pair of speakers and source? Is your Manley amp a "manly" amp? :-)))))

I don't want to offend anyone. Substitute "more popular distribution
channels" for "established names" in my comments above. Sorry.
