Did you know that there are two popular high definition formats: HD DVD and Blu Ray.

Sony is behind BluRay

Most BluRay players on the market are actually PS3s. The PS3 is a multimedia device and may be more than you want.

LG also makes a player that will play both HD DVDs and Blu Ray discs, so you can get the best of both worlds in one player.

PS3s are being used in distributed computing projects with GREAT success. Folding@Home credits alomst 75% of its FLOPS come from the PS3 platform.....C

That's cool. I remember the early days of the SETI-at-home program, which really started this trend. Good to see it; It's a great idea.
