I just came across this radio, Can anybody tell me the vintage.
Also What is the round indicator or light (tube) with the half visor in the front panel.

Post a photo, if you would please. Sounds like maybe you have a tuning eye tube. Also, if you reply back with a list of tubes that are in it, that will help date the radio. Montgomery Ward radios are branded "Airline" and are made by OEMs like RCA. Seems like they usually pick good ones 'cause all the Airlines I have are really nice.
