Gilligan is now on the final island for the forever tour. What a great guy. Maynard G. Krebs was one of the most underated T.V. Characters ever.
People think it's easy to do slapstick but they say(those who know) that it is very difficult to make it work.
He was a great personality and brought a lot of fun into my home. Even my kids like him and that is one of the few shows I can refer too without getting that; "there he goes again" look.
The world grows smaller everyday.

I still love Gilligan's Island. They sure don't make shows like they used to.

So, Ginger or Mary Ann?......

Oh, wow. I hadn't noticed that. Thanks for pointing it out, John.

I saw Bob Denver on an interview a few years back, and he struck me as a genuinely nice guy. Seems like a lot of television and film personalities have colossal and unbearable egos, for the most part probably completely undeserved. And then there's that rare person that seems totally different than that, almost like a next door neighbor, one that you wanted to invite over for barbeque every week or two. That's the kind of person Bob Denver struck me as.

That's pretty much what I thought too. I'm very picky. I love the beautiful girls.
