At 10:00 on the amp it's low level listenable. I didn't think I'd hear much at all. But to get normal volume the S/N of the Cornet is definitely challenged.

Still, if you have a low output MC, a MM Fono stage and 97dB+ speakers like a lot of us, you have music w/o step-ups.

Good choice; musically. .3 isn't all that low of an output compared to the Denons and such.
