As stated, I have a PD 350 currently fitted with RB300 arm. Is there a better arm out there (without paying outrageous money)that may better suit this turntable?

Hadcock 242. Try Britaudio they have them, It is a striaght wand that mimics the original Lux arm. Of course they are closs to a grand. Whats wrong with the Rega? Lot of up-grades there.

Nothing at all wrong with the Rega, I only posed this question as others elsewhere have commented that the RB300 may not be the ideal match for this table.
This PD350/RB300/Koetsu Red combo is my first since re-entering the mighty world of Vinyl about a year back, and yes, I have considered the upgrades available for this arm.Thanks for the response manuelblock.
