That looks like a great idea. It's pricey, but no more than some of the other high-end turntables. I wonder how good it is? The product idea is certainly promising.

I have actually auditioned the older model, in my system, which is being discounted. All I can say is that my Rockport (Sirius I) with a Helikon killed it. The one Fremer reviewed was not that model. The current ones are supposed to be sonically improved but there may be some difficulties dealing with the company. Read the Stereophile review carefully for pros and cons.
