I'm sorry I assumed it used 300B.
It looks exactly like my Audio Note Kit-1 300B Set amp.

The size and layout of the tubes and transformers are identical. Perhaps there was a time where they used the same chassis for different circuits.

You're exactly right that Audio Note used to make an amplifier with the same chassis and very similar circuit but that used the 6550 for the output tube. They called it the Kit-2 and that's what I have.
