Yes, it has been a few years. I missed this years, because I was out of town. Heard from a few of the guys in our local audio club that it was nice.

The only constant is change. Just got a pair of JBL 4311B monitors.

They sound wonderful driven with the Audio Mirror 6C33C amps. I swapped the Audio Mirror amps out of the other system and replaced them with Antique Sound Labs 845's. The JBL L110's are now in the guest room.

God, Luther, I remember those like it was yesterday!  But they're 50 years old!  Love 'em!

They do look sweet, and you're super-lucky to have a pair for your collection.

I vividly remember the JBL 4311 speakers in a Tulsa high-end dealer's showroom.  I also remember the JBL 4430 speakers a few years later, which was an eye-opening - rather I should say an "ear-opening" experience.

Similar on the low end, but very different on the high end, reverberant field and total presentation.

Good memories!

Seeing your 4311 speakers takes me back to those days, and to my impressions of various speakers in the 1970s and 1980s.
