Forget about that idea. Using electrons limits you to the speed of light, and if I understand the cable mountebanks correctly the whole reason for $100 per foot cables is to overcome the limitations of the paltry .7 x 186,000 miles per second transmission speed of electricity through copper. Gaining that extra .3 x 186,000 MPS seems hardly worth the effort.

Sub-space transmission is what's required. Grapevine has it that we can expect that technology from Bybee any day now.
