Bob is a movie critic who develops writers block.

Mark is the person writing the movie and he makes Bob watch the movie. In the movie.

The only thing Bob can think of to critique the movie is to compare it to yet another re-hash time travelling movie and about how god-awful and un-original it is.

It would be a comedy.
