I used to like an alternative station, but they have turned into more heavy metal. I prefer variety. So now, I just ride around in my car with the "search" feature going, and just stop it whenever I hear a song I like.
A similar thing happened to me, so now I only occasionally listen to a couple stations that I used to like much more. I also browse stations in the car, mostly to try to find a good new song I haven't heard. Every once in a while I'll catch one that I missed, so that's always fun.
When I get in my truck to go to work I always listen to the local country station. The DJ in the morning is kind of a dork but I don't mind....he plays good music
