It tells my that this is your basic liberal response to something they don't want to admit. When confronted with the facts they will come up with an unproovable theory. That way they can still claim they are correct. And no one can prove them wrong.
Well the facts are what we are getting. See my comparison of the over 200k reciepts to the 50k reciepts per capita. Thats the start. Then see if it went up or down.
