Does anyone know offhand how many sheets of 5x5 baltic birch plywood it takes to build a Seven Pi kit? Same question for Seven Pi - 18? Does anybody have a CAD layout drawing for the pieces?

I can do all this myself, but I have grown lazy and do not want to reinvent this wheel.

Have you tried SheetLayout or CutList Plus? I've used SheetLayout.
You enter your pieces in a spreadsheet, enter your stock type, and
hit the Run button. It plots all your cuts and shows how many sheets
you'll need. You can pick grain direction, etc.
The low capacity version is free to use. For some simple things,
I've been able to do a slighter better (IMNSHO) job of
layout. For bigger jobs, I'm sure it would win hands down.
