saw the oscars tonite

so the lord of the rings won heaps of awards, good ol NZ shows the world whos boss! haha with the help of 25,000 people!

nice scenery where i live.anyways im off to auckland in 6hrs

Not a Rings fan, but I don't think I'm being too prejudiced to say that the best score of the year was 'Pirates'.

I agree. I liked Pirates. In fact, I've liked a whole lot of movies that Depp has been in. I don't know what he's like personally, and I hear a lot of rumbling about his politics and what-not. But I choose not to look at that - since I don't know him personally, I'm not gonna pay attention to rumor. Just like his movies.

Did you see him in "The Ninth Gate"?
