Would anyone have experience using a SP12 in a Pi enclosure, if so
what tweeter was used?

We need the electro-mechanical parameters for the drivers to design a good loudspeaker with them. So you'll need to find a way to have them measured.

I entered the values into PiAlign, using data from the table at your link.

Vad = Vas = 167.1L = 5.9ft3
Frd = Fs = 45Hz
Qd = 1/Qts = 1/0.67 = 1.5

PiAlign recommends a 4ft3 cabinet tuned to 25Hz using a 2" diameter port that's 1.5" long. Response is nice, with a gentle 2dB lift from 70hz to 200Hz and -3dB point of 50Hz. Usable response down to 35Hz, at -10dB.
