Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to construct something similar to the Ten Pi for a 12" coaxial driver with an Fs of 47. I have tried Onken Petites and TQWT's with the results leaving much desired.

Has anyone built something like this. Any plans, dimensions, and or reference material would be very much appreciated.

Thank you.

I've sent you plans for the ten π horns. You can certainly use different MF and/or HF options but I'm afraid a coaxial arrangement wouldn't be well-suited for use in a ten π horn. I would expect a rear-loaded horn would be best for coaxial drivers, but the ten π is front-loaded.
