Has anyone used or heard the Ciare HX-201 10" wideband driver?
It looks like a good candidate for a crossoverless mid-bass driver for a 3-way speaker system.
It would be nice to find a good wideband driver that does not use a whizzer cone and can extend to around 8kHz. At least without shouting due to peaks around this frequency, like most of the larger wideband drivers do that do not use a whizzer cone.
Any input will be appreciated.

Looks good Norris, but may be a bit bright soundng, based on looking at the frequency curve.

If you plan to use it in a three way system, why bother with a 10 inch driver?
I mean, you could get away with a much nicer 5 or 6 in. driver with a smoother roll-off, such as Fostex extended range woofers.
