I have a pair of EPI micro-towers, they have 2 full range speakers in a dipole fig. There is no crossover and the speaker box is a TL config. They sound good for what they are but they lack in the bottom end. The 2 drivers are 8 ohms and are wired in parallel. Is there an EQ circuit (zobel) that I could add to these speakers that would help them in better sound ?

Try a 3 ohm resistor in parallel with a choke, similar to Fostex drivers on Martin King's website. TEll us what you think.

I ended up using a 3.mh coil and a resistor value of 4.2 ohms (2 in parallel) Thanks for the advice. Ron
