Anyone have any experiences with the Fostex FX200 in a bass reflex format---these are now out of production and have found some in London for sale---- Jim

Jim. I had the FX200s in a pair of 2.5 cu ft BR cabinets and they sounded damn good. I recommend a notch filter to correct some harshness between 3-5k but otherwise they are excellent. I was getting solid bass into the high 30s. You may want to try a supertweeter depending on your age. I would thoroughly recommend them and wish i hadn`t sold mine.
