Any one using l-acoustics mtd line (a series). we have found consistent niggling faults in robustness...resonating dust covers on hf. wear and tear after very minimal use.

Thanks for reporting that. I've had a few - maybe 1 out of 500 - Eminence units with loose or misaligned dust caps. One had been glued only on about 20% of the edge of the cap, so most of it was loose and buzzed.
