wooohooo!!! hehehehe - BUT... one of the magnets has come off the base of the cantilever ? (whatever it's called)

i'm going to try to do some microsurgery, and superglue the magnet back in place -

questions -

1 - do i need to find N/S side of magnet compared to existing magnet and orient it one way or the other when i reinstall?

2 - when i totally botch this, what stylus can i use as a replacement (i understand this is a "standard" audio technica stylus - best replacement at a good price? found one on LPGEAR.com for $60 but the wife wants me to find a cheaper one
