Everyone knows music affects mood and it can be used to alter behavior, so why not bring it to congressional hearings and such? Classical music piped in really low so as not to interrupt anyone's thought or speech, but can still be heard.......on an almost subliminal level.

Laughing Or Gregorian Chants. We can't seem to vote out senior citizens so the younger generations can lead us, may as well influence them this way. Nothing nefarious, mind you, just effective mood-altering.

That sounds like a good ice breaker, so I wonder how they'll react if some music does suddenly plays. Classical music isn't interruptive, but it could make people sleepy. That would be awkward if anyone of them happened to do that.
