I have been struggling for some time with a bad case of oldtimer technology fever. I had this strong emotional attachment to some of my older carts, in particular my Shure M55E which I purchased in 1967 and which I associated with my first girl friend and my first love. It cost some god-awful money. So recently I tried to update it with a new stylus but the thing played even worse than ever. So I got a Shure M97X through a sweet deal on Amazon and I am very satisfied with it.

I'm like that too with several of my old machines. Nice website, by the way.
